Oslin is the deputy director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
History[]
Months ago, one day before Grant MacLaren's FBI colleagues were overwritten by the Faction, Deputy Oslin was approached by Wakefield, an agent whom she had worked with for ten years. Wakefield believed he had uncovered evidence of time travelers interfering with events in the 21st century. Oslin was understandably skeptical but reluctantly told Wakefield that he could continue to investigate. She immediately noticed when Wakefield was overwritten, remarking later that he was clearly an imposter. When Wakefield called Oslin and her boss Director Stevenson, the two realized he had "become one of them." (S2E01: Ave Machina, S3E01: Ilsa)
Oslin was present when Joanne Yates debriefed Stevenson on the message she'd received from the Director. She concurred when Stevenson refused to stop a planned coordinated assault on Traveler teams worldwide and did not react when Stevenson suggested (incorrectly) that Yates herself might be a Traveler. Oslin and Stevenson briefly left Yates alone to coordinate the operation. When Yates delivered the second part of the message, Stevenson called off the operation and Oslin relayed the order.
