Linda MacVicar was a foster parent who took in children sent to the care of the State. She ran a foster home with her husband at 4345 Bellwood Drive, Seattle, Washington. Two of her known wards were Ronnie and Aleksander Andrieko. Linda had an unpleasant personality and barely cared for her wards except to be targets of her ire, which led to her demise at the hands of Andrew Matthias Graham, a cannibalistic serial killer who preyed on abusive mothers.
Grant MacLaren once visited Linda to check on Alex. Linda was peeved at the boy's strange behavior and was content to let the FBI agent take him away. However, she became more irritated when Grant returned the next day retracing his steps, seemingly forgetting their conversation yesterday. (S3E03: Protocol 3)
One night, Linda had a fight with Ronnie, which resulted in him breaking an arm. Graham responded to a domestic disturbance call at her foster home and rushed Ronnie to the hospital. The next day would be the last anyone saw Linda, leaving her house in the morning to buy groceries.
Another day later, Graham disposed of her driver's license and other belongings at a remote site. Graham killed her and ate parts of her in the interim. Ronnie called Linda's cellphone to apologize and own responsibility to the disturbance the other night, though Graham cancelled the call and set the phone on fire along with the other incriminating evidence.
Linda was Andrew's final victim. However, Traveler 7189 overwriting Graham resulted in the exposure of the killer's crime, and five others before it. Graham vomited up Linda's eye in full view of witnesses who thought they were saving him from his car crash. The eye and the rest of Graham's stomach contents were tested and found to have Linda's DNA, though the rest of her body was still missing.
In the original timeline prior to Traveler interference, Linda was never found as the cannibal burned to death in his vehicle, along with the parts of her in his stomach. (S3E08: Archive)
