Mrs Hayes was presumed to have been married to Secretary Hayes for some time prior to Traveler 3112 transferring their consciousness to her.
Traveler 3112
Traveler 3112 was tasked with killing her husband, Secretary Hayes who was a serving member of the US cabinet, which she did by pushing him off of a bridge.
On the way to his funeral, Traveler 3112 handed information to Grant MacLaren as well as a plane ticket as she'd received a messenger about Grant's next mission. She gave him all the information she knew, which was limited, before Grant dropped her off at her husband's funeral.
