Carol (Traveler Number Unknown) is the intended recipient for the component handoff Rick Hall's Team was supposed to fulfill.

Biography[]
Carol is part of a Traveler team that is supposed to test a key component in the x-ray laser that will be used to deflect the Helios-685 asteroid. They were supposed to obtain the device from Rick Hall and his team. However, the handoff ran into complications that ends in Hall and his surviving teammate Luca Shun being arrested.
At a carpark in the middle of the night, Carol receives the component from Travelers Trevor Holden and Carly Shannon in lieu of Hall and his team. She asks what happened to them, and the duo inform her what happened, also apologizing for the change in handoff venue. She's also told that the device got damaged, but it was repaired. Carol supposes it's fine as long as it works, as the asteroid is not far away.
