Hi, just found this series on Netflix. Does anyone know what the texting/messaging app is that David Mailer uses...it looks retro LCD?
Thanks
Ok, this just dawned on me. In Season 1 Episode 6, at 20 min. and 3 sec. in, we see a huge reactor and our band is getting ready for the big antenna. Notice the device. Is it a prop? Nope it a real Fusion furnace.
Made by a company called General Fusion. Compare that moment above with the documentary "Let there be Light", currently on Netflix.
Go to 33 min. 21 sec. Yes... its the real thing. So how did the series staff find this thing? I'll bet there's a story there!
So I'm watching this documentary and I say "hey, I've seen that before" then it hit me... Travelers. But now I really want to know how they found it, and talked them into letting a full crew in to shoot it!
Protocol 6
I can't find Season 2 episodes plot.Can anyone help?
This portion of the wiki requires editing. The historians on the show are explicitly required to use their knowledge of the future for personal gain, i.e., they are required to "set up" the team by taking advantage of their future knowledge to make money. It could, of course, be argued that this advantage taking is not for personal gain, since others also benefit. I am not attempting to start an argument; rather, my intention is to point out the use of vague, and, therefore, potentially misleading phrasing.
Does anyone know the book that Trevor's counselor gave him, and the book that he gave to her in return? I saw the cover said Perfect Day but I wasn't sure if it was This Perfect Day. It seems like an odd choice for a guidance counselor to give a student.
I don't know if this is just my imagination or not but I swear I keep seeing the number 14 in the show. I've seen it on multiple doors and other places I feel, has anyone else noticed this or have an explanation?
Hi, just recently rewatched the first season. Actually watched s02e11 (episode 211) and
Now I wonder about that asymmetric cryptography-thing, Simon was talking about.
The screen when the openingtheme comes is pretty clear. But... how the hell - if you
Are an amateur like me - do you get a short text encrypted?
I really have no idea, since I dont have the needed skills for programming.
Sooo.... has anybody any informations on how to create such a "code" or knows,
If there are any websites which are offering the service of encrypting text?
I mean, there are free sites for decorative fonts and symbols to... well, ... simply
Decorate any text you want with hearts, flowers and other nice symbols but I cant find
Anything to help me create an analog (for example on paper!) "secret code" in the
Travelers-manner. Any ideas? thoughts? Recommendations?
Thank you very much beforehand and IF possible, answer with simple english words or in german, since my english sucks like you can see. sorry for that >-<"
I love how Mackenzie is such a brilliant country singer as well as an actress.
I recently watched a new interview on YouTube she did with an English media firm Switchbox TV. She talked about potentially acting again and said she would never turn down a Ryan Gosling film!
A lot was expected of her the time of filming Travelers as she had just signed her record deal in Nashville so had to juggle both the two.
You can watch the interview here: https://youtu.be/sAanvJvURps
Holy fuck the whole episode... That was a rollercoaster of emotions. I feel really bad for David if I'm honest. This is probably one of the best shows I have watched recently (first time for this show) I've binged it over 3/4 days this week after finishing re-watching Malcolm in the middle the week before.... What should I watch after this? Was thinking of Expanse or Dark Matter. I watched Killjoys and loved that whilst it was airing.
Only just discovered this series and loving it, was thinking it would be really cool to have the traveler screen code on my pc, does anyone know of a screensaver?, thanks.
Does anyone know the name of the picture hanging in David Mailer's apartment of a couple sitting on a bench (black and white and red with city-scape in background)? This is in Season 1 Episode 5 (Room 101) 15 minutes 35 seconds into the episode.
After waiting a year I am (bing)watching it for the 3rd time :D
Still magic and a good story :D
A fond farewell to our friends from the future. Travelers has officially been cancelled and we shall never find out whether or not Grant got 9/11'd.
Sad to see the show go, but sometimes it's best to quit while you're ahead. The least three episodes especially were so thrilling and well-written I feel like they'd be hard to top.
In what "language" are the characters on screen when a TELL comes in
Don't you think it's possible that 001 have arrived already before Grant and managed to escape? I mean, Grant might have noticed something on a wall, right?
Don't the nanites have to be programmed (told what to do) by a programmer ?
Is this the end of Travelers? Also, what was Grant McLaren doing in the office at the end, staring at the sky?
